1. Ice Bath Chiller & Ice Bath Tub
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, in new condition, free from scratches or dents, with all accessories included, and returned in the original packaging.
- Once filled with water, the product cannot be returned. Customers may inspect or test the product dry before deciding.
- Consumables (such as filters, apparel, towels, etc.) are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find damage, missing parts, or a quality issue, contact us within 90 days of delivery with photos or videos.
- Issues reported after 90 days or damages caused by misuse are not eligible for return.
Shipping & Fees
- Manufacturer defect or shipping damage: Return shipping and replacement/repair costs will be covered by us.
- Customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind): Customer bears return shipping cost + 10% restocking fee.
- International duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To change a product, please return and place a new order.
- Replacement units do not reset the warranty period.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@splame.com with your order number, purchase date, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.
- Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the product back as instructed (customer pays shipping if not due to product fault).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection (minus any applicable restocking fee).
2. All-in-one Plunge
Return Policy
Because this product is shipped internationally, returns are not accepted for customer reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
Defective Products
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage and we are unable to provide an effective repair or replacement solution, a return and refund will be accepted.
- In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a refund to the original payment method after product inspection.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Customer misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Products returned without prior approval or without the provided RMA number.
