At SplaMe, we stand behind the quality of our products. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all of our Ice Baths and Ice Bath Chillers. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and ensure that our products meet your highest expectations for performance, durability, and quality.
Warranty Coverage
SplaMe offers a 1-Year Warranty on all ice bath systems and chillers from the date of purchase, covering any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the product.
The warranty includes:
- Defects in Material or Workmanship: If your product has a manufacturing defect that affects its performance, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
- Electrical and Mechanical Failures: If there are issues with the product’s components (such as the chiller or compressor), we will replace or repair the affected parts.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse or improper installation: This includes failure to follow the setup and usage instructions provided with the product.
- Accidental damage: Any damage resulting from drops, impacts, or accidents.
- Wear and tear: Normal wear and tear from everyday use, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damages.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications: If the product has been repaired or modified by anyone other than SplaMe or an authorized service provider.
- Consumables: Items such as filters or seals that are subject to regular replacement are not covered under the warranty.
How to Request Warranty Service
If you believe your product is defective and needs repair or replacement under the warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@splame.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
- Provide Details: We may ask for photos or videos of the product, the defect, or any damage to help assess the issue more quickly.
- Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the claim and determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.
- Resolution: If covered, we will either repair or replace the product at no charge. In some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned to us before issuing a replacement or repair.
Limitation of Liability
SplaMe is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages that may occur from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
International Warranty
For international customers, the terms and conditions of this warranty remain the same. However, shipping costs and customs duties for warranty claims outside of the country of purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
